Hurricane Katrina is headed for New Orleans, pushing a powerful storm surge toward the low-lying city. Barry's family knows the storm is coming, but his little sister is critically ill and they can't risk evacuation. At first it seems that the Ninth Ward will be safe. But when the levees are breached, the rising waters sweep Barry away from his family.
